Check air supply from the jets

The air valves on the outside of the spa tub provide the air supply to the jets. If one or more valves are clogged or blocked, it can cause the jet to malfunction.

To start, we ask you to leave the jet system on for 1 or 2 cycles. One cycle is approximately 30 minutes. With this you can check whether the blockage is resolved by itself. If this does not solve the problem, you can follow the step-by-step plan below to check the air supply of the jets. For this you will need the black spa key.

Step 1:

Unscrew the jet air supply from the jet using the black spa key.

Step 2:

Check if the valve allows air to pass through and that the rubber circle is not stuck. After this you can check whether there is any blockage in the valve.

Step 3:

Screw the air supply back on using the black spa key.

Checking water supply jets

From the jet motor in the pump unit, pipes run through the wall of the spa tub to the jets. If there is no water coming out of the jets on the inside of the spa tub, the water supply to the jet may be blocked.

To begin with, we ask you to leave the jet system on for 1 or 2 cycles. One cycle is approximately 30 minutes. This checks whether the blockage will be resolved by itself. If this does not solve the problem, you can follow the step-by-step plan below to check the air supply of the jets.

Step 1:

Activate the jet system.

Step 2:

Turn all good working jets counter clockwise on low power. Then place your palm on the working jets so that all the power of the water is directed to the non-operating jet. Several people may be required to perform the actions.
